Simon Ledgerwood – managing director

Simon is a qualified mechanical and industrial engineer, who has held various manufacturing management positions over the past 23 years, 13 of which have been in the automotive industry. He has been employed at first and second tier suppliers to the automotive industry, both in South Africa and United Kingdom.

 

Natalie Ledgerwood – chairperson

- BA (Hons) Law
- PGDip legal practice

Natalie qualified as a lawyer in the UK and has in-house experience working for a multi-national automotive components company.

 

Barend Burger - technical and quality director

- B.Eng Mechanical

Barend obtained his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. He has eight years’ experience in the automotive industry in drop forging, machining, foundry, metrology and metal pressing fields.

 

Ingrid de Jongh – financial manager

Ingrid has completed various financial courses at Coopers & Lybrandt and has worked in bookkeeping and financial management.

 

Attie Van Wyk – logistics manager

- B.Sc Industrial engineering

Attie obtained his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. He has seven years’ experience working as an industrial engineer, project manager and continuous improvement specialist in the automotive industry.
